PRODUCT MANAGER FOR FOOD GRADE/PP*STAR ® CLAUDIA HAGN

Emma Palecek will join the CSR team in September 2024. She has been with Starlinger since 2019 and currently works in the CSC in the Technical Support for Starlinger textile packaging. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in “Technical Sales Management” at the University of Applied Sciences BFI in Vienna in June 2024, Emma Palecek will start a part-time Master’s degree in “Environmental and Sustainability Management” at IMC Krems in October this year. In CSR, she will provide support for the ongoing “Employer Branding” project, develop ideas for social media posts relating to CSR and sustainability, and oversee other projects as they arise. Claudia Hagn has been Product Manager for Food Grade/PP*STAR ® at Starlinger textile packaging since March 2024. The plastics engineer, who also holds an MBA with particular emphasis on marketing, has been working in the plastics and mechanical engineering industry since 1998. After holding positions at the German companies Zwick Roell Prüfsysteme, Wittmann Robot Systeme and Albis Plastic, she worked as a product manager at Starlinger recycling technology from 2007 to 2021. After that, she was responsible for live marketing at Rittal, among other activities. She now contributes her expertise in food-grade quality in the field of woven plastic packaging at Starlinger, using market research data to determine customer requirements and company goals for the development of the pp*starKON lines and preparing the relevant documents for development and sales.
